8 whole-grain slider buns (lowest sodium available), split and toasted
1. Heat the oil in the pressure cooker on sauté. Cook the turkey for 3 minutes, or until lightly browned, stirring frequently to turn and break up the turkey. Turn off the pressure cooker.
2. Stir in the broth, Thai pepper, cilantro, gingerroot, 2 tablespoons lime juice, the soy sauce, and garlic. Secure the lid. Cook on high pressure for 3 minutes. Quickly release the pressure.
3. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, stir together the cabbage, cilantro, salt, and the remaining 1 tablespoon lime juice.
4. Divide the turkey among the slider buns. Top with the slaw.
